Who we are

Trudy is an Executive Coach with nearly twenty-five years experience working in a range of International Organisations. Her background is in Human Resources, most recently as Head of Talent Management for the Top 100 executives at O2. She has developed leaders at an individual and organisational level through coaching/mentoring and Executive Development Programmes.

Underpinning all of Trudy’s work is a desire to motivate others to be more effective and fulfilled in their work and lives. Her corporate background enables her to relate to the pressures on leaders and bring an objective, informed view. Clients value her strong relationship building skills together with a grounded and realistic approach.
