Who we are

Sue is a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR professional, with over 20 years'hands-on experience across a wide range of business sectors and job grades. Her experience includes implementation of HR policies and procedures;  design, delivery and facilitation of workshops and 1:1 coaching, counselling and support of line managers and staff in all aspects of  organisational and career change.

Sue has highly developed interpersonal skills, and is an empathic listener, excellent at building and maintaining successful working relationships with both individuals and organisations in order to achieve desired results.
