Who we are

Simon is a professional Interim Manager and freelance Management Consultant who specialises in Business and Commercial Development within regulated organisations both leading such developments and training and mentoring internal staff as required.

He has worked in both technology based and service based businesses where he has successfully bridged the gap between customers and highly experienced, but not necessarily commercially astute “in house” staff.  He has worked extensively in Building Products, Energy Utilities and Government Departments where he has successfully brought commercial skills to existing staff with a “regulated industry” or “civil service” background and has a proven ability to find pragmatic ways through the inevitable problems associated with business development and cultural change.  He works at both the strategic and operational level.

Current and past clients he has worked with include: ICI Agrochemicals, Norcros, Npower, BG Group, Centrica, Met Office, Land Registry, Coal Authority and Veterinary Medicines Directorate
