Manchester Mental Health & Social Care Trust

Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust brings together social care and health services for adults of working age with severe and enduring mental health problems, and provides NHS services for the elderly mentally ill. They were one of the first Care Trusts in the country and were set up in April 2002.

Their aim is for the Trust to be a learning organisation, providing quality services, which supports staff development and increases job satisfaction.

Their education and training strategy recognises the changing environment within which mental health services are delivered and reflects local needs and national standards, including the National Service Framework for Mental Health.

We are currently supporting the Trust with executive leadership coaching at Board level.
