Who we are

John is a chartered clinical psychologist who has worked with senior managers and executives in a wide range of organisations both internationally and in the UK.

He has worked for Kiddy and Company and Kaisen consulting following an earlier career in the NHS and has been in independent practice for the last 13 years. He currently manages consulting and coaching assignments in several ‘blue chip’ companies.

He has extensive experience of working with several professional sporting organisations and draws upon lessons learned about maximising performance in this arena when consulting in business life.

John also runs an independent clinical practice from which he receives referrals from diverse sources including Occupational Health and Human Resources departments.
