Who we are

Jilly is founder and Director of Summerhill Consulting. She is an accredited and experienced Executive Coach who brings together a strong business focus with a range of behavioural approaches to enable senior leaders to be the best they can be. With over 20 years experience as a management consultant specialising in organisation consulting and leadership development, she has a sound understanding of how individuals and teams can achieve success. She has worked in a wide variety of industries, including heavy engineering, health, computer services, financial services, charities and the public sector. She also designs and delivers leadership development, interpersonal skills and consulting skills training. Jilly has coached, advised and facilitated at Board and senior management levels and she has undertaken substantial change management work.
