Granite International is a multi national engineering services company providing solutions to the power generation, nuclear and petrochemical industries. The key to their success is the quality of their workforce and we are pleased to have been appointed to provide executive leadership coaching and development to key leaders and managers.

As part of this relationship, we are supporting key managers in attaining a Level 5 Award in Leadership with the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Loesche Energy Systems is a subsidiary of a German international heavy engineering company, with responsibility for the power generation market worldwide. We were asked by the newly appointed MD to facilitate the team in the development of a business plan. We were able to bring knowledge of the power generation market as well as a structured approach to business planning and team facilitation skills to the development of an ambitious but achievable growth plan.

Subsequently we have provided Executive Coaching support to 3 of the key Directors, including the MD, as they have grown into their new roles and handled the challenges of a rapidly growing business.

The strategies developed in that business plan and implemented by this young, dynamic management team has lead to a quadrupling of order intake and a doubling of turnover and profit in the year.
