We have supported Doosan Power systems, the international engineering company, in changing its culture, to improve its business performance in a highly competitive market.
We have:
- improved the effectiveness of the Top Executive team through the use of team diagnostics, team coaching, CEO support and 360 feedback.
- provided one-to-one Executive coaching support to senior and middle managers throughout the business, helping them to transition into new roles and transform the performance of the business.
- designed a leadership course that is compatible with their International competence model and which has now been attended by nearly two hundred managers.
- designed and run Management Development courses on Influencing skills, Emotional Intelligence, Enhancing Personal Effectiveness , Workplace Coaching and Customer Development Management.
- facilitated team workshops and developed teams at all levels from Executive Committee to Branch management. We have observed, given feedback, and used a range of tools, models and concepts to help teams understand how to improve their effectiveness.
- provided advice on the Management of Change during major structural changes including the creation of a R&D division of 100 people.
- Undertaken a range of consulting assignments to support business and HR managers such as talent management strategy, succession planning, creation of vision and values statements, recruitment from diverse sources.
