Who we are

Chas is an Executive Coach and consultant with over 25 years consulting experience helping organisations in many sectors to develop strategy and drive implementation. From his background as both Engineer and an Economist, he combines astute analytical capability and strong process and project consulting skills. His experience and depth of knowledge has enabled him to work at Board level with many clients to develop strategy and enhance the performance of both the individual and the organisation. This work involves working closely with Directors and specialist groups to help them to identify how they want their organisations to change, and how to deliver the change in a cost-effective way. His experience as Managing Director of an international professional services firm provides him with a profound understanding of the issues facing today's leaders and managers.
