Who we are

Carol is a strategic HR professional and a Fellow of the CIPD, combining a sound understanding of operational issues with a focus on supporting and developing the people within a client organisation. Carol has worked at Board level for 24 years and has developed numerous management development programmes for various clients in the public, private and voluntary arenas. In addition to her Executive Coaching practice, Carol has designed and delivers a level 7 ILM coaching and mentoring course. Her core business is the development of personnel specialists, managers and trainers, and she has been involved with mentoring and developing HR professionals to implement change and to increase their delivery of service to the organisation.

Current and recent clients she has worked with include: Savoy Hotel Group, NHS, Doosan Babcock, and Kingston University.
