Bruce aims to challenge & support individuals, groups and organisations to maintain optimal performance, become “healthier”, and be more productive during times of change.

He develops and delivers workshops that build essential leadership and management skills. These include Managing Pressure at Work, Managing Change, Influencing & Impact, Negotiation Skills, Group Facilitation, Leadership, and Developing Internal Consulting Skills.
 Working with a process called Coherent Coaching, he supports individuals to positively manage the changes they are part of.

Bruce also facilitates and trains groups so that they use their collective energy more skilfully, find better ways of working together, and as a result manage change more effectively.

He has worked with many types of businesses throughout Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Asia and Africa.

Current and recent clients he has worked with include Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, National Probation Directorate, British Plaster Board, Unilever Frozen Foods, Barclays Bank, Department for International Development, Powergen, Premier Farnell, and Tarmac.
