Affinity Healthcare

Affinity Healthcare, a private healthcare provider, has grown significantly through offering specialist mental healthcare services to the NHS. Operating on the public-private sector interface places unique challenges on management. We have worked with Affinity since 2005 to enhance the management and leadership skills. Specifically we have provided:

• Executive Coaching to key lead clinicians and senior managers, enabling them to make the transition from healthcare professionals to leaders of the organisation
• Management training to first line managers to strengthen their commercial skills and give them a broad-based foundation in management with the Level 3 Award in First Line Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management
• Team Facilitation of the Executive Management Team and advice on the Management of Change in efficiency improvement and organisational restructuring initiatives.
